These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ge999 ("ge999", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ge999 online casino and sports betting platform accessible at ge999.vip. These Terms apply to all services offered on the ge999 platform, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer games, sports betting, fantasy sports, promotional offers, and payment services.

01 Acceptance of Terms

By registering a player account on ge999, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the ge999 platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and that you agree to be legally bound by them. Your acceptance is recorded at the point of account registration and is reaffirmed each time you log in to the platform.

These Terms apply alongside any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the ge999 platform, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules displayed within individual game interfaces. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any supplementary rules, these Terms shall take precedence unless the supplementary document explicitly states otherwise.

02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an active player account on ge999, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of your account:

• You are at least 18 years of age or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online casino and sports betting activities are not prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of ge999 or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been excluded from the ge999 platform or had a prior account closed for violations of these Terms.
• You are of sound mind and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.

ge999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point, including government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Jurisdictional Responsibility

It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the ge999 platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. ge999 makes no representation that the platform is legal in all jurisdictions. Players in Bangladesh accept personal responsibility for ensuring their use of the platform complies with all applicable local laws and regulations.

03 Account Registration & Security

Each player may hold only one registered account on the ge999 platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or secondary accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein. ge999 uses technical and manual processes to detect duplicate accounts.

Registration Requirements

When registering a player account on ge999, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information for all required fields, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You further agree to update your account information promptly if any of these details change. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account termination.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ge999 account credentials, including your username and password. ge999 strongly recommends that you:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication where available in your account settings.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including family members.
• Log out of your ge999 account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.

ge999 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate security of your account credentials. All transactions carried out using your account credentials are presumed to have been authorised by you unless you have notified ge999 of a security breach in advance.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All player account balances on ge999 are maintained in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ge999 supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively in BDT through the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. ge999 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your ge999 account instantly upon confirmation of payment.
• ge999 does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside ge999's control.
• ge999 accepts only deposits made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in account suspension and return of funds.
• ge999 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of the source of deposited funds as part of anti-money laundering (AML) compliance procedures.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, to comply with anti-money laundering requirements.
• ge999 targets completion of withdrawals to bKash and Nagad within one hour of approval, subject to verification and compliance checks. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three working days.
• ge999 does not charge platform-side fees on withdrawals. Payment provider fees, if any, are separate and outside ge999's control.
• ge999 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of identity and payment verification.

Payment Integrity

All payment transactions on ge999 are subject to anti-money laundering and fraud prevention screening. ge999 cooperates with payment processors, financial institutions, and relevant authorities in investigating suspicious transactions. Any account found to be associated with fraudulent payment activity, chargebacks, or money laundering will be suspended immediately and funds held pending investigation.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

ge999 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback credits, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL match days, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the promotion in question, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds awarded by ge999 are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the individual promotion's terms at the time of offer. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the wagering requirements attached to any bonus before claiming it. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

Bonus Eligibility & Restrictions

• Each promotional offer may be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, or per device, as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• ge999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments to players who have already claimed and partially fulfilled the requirements of a promotion.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or applied to game types excluded from that promotion's eligible game list.
• ge999 reserves the right to refuse, reclaim, or void bonus funds and associated winnings where it reasonably suspects abuse of the bonus system, including but not limited to: exploitation of low-risk betting strategies to clear wagering requirements, multi-accounting, and collusion.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports bets placed on ge999 — including cricket markets covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, and Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series — are subject to the specific rules governing each market type, as displayed within the ge999 betting interface at the time of placement. The following general rules apply to all bet types on the platform.

Sports Betting Rules

• A bet is confirmed only when ge999's system generates a unique bet reference number. No bet is valid prior to this confirmation.
• ge999 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were the result of a manifest technical error, data feed error, or pricing error, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to the applicable minimum and maximum stake limits displayed at the time of placement. ge999 may suspend in-play markets at any time without notice.
• Match abandonment, postponement, and weather interruption rules follow the standard rules published for each sport and market type within the ge999 sportsbook help section.
• ge999 uses real-time data feeds from established sports data providers to settle all sports betting markets. The data provider's match data is considered definitive for settlement purposes.

Casino & Live Dealer Rules

• All casino games on ge999 operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing by a professional dealer streamed in real time.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live dealer game session, the game round will be completed and settled according to the outcome determined by the dealer or the RNG system. ge999 is not responsible for losses resulting from player-side connectivity issues.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by game and are displayed within each game interface. These limits may be changed by ge999 at any time with effect from the next game round.
• Suspected collusion between players at multiplayer game tables (including poker and live dealer games) will result in immediate account suspension and investigation.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ge999 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

• Multi-accounting: Creating or operating more than one player account on ge999, whether in your own name or using false identity information.
• Bonus abuse: Systematic exploitation of ge999's promotional offers through low-risk, structured betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine play intent.
• Fraud and chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment chargebacks, using stolen payment credentials, or attempting to deceive ge999's payment systems in any manner.
• Money laundering: Using the ge999 platform to process, conceal, or transfer funds derived from illegal activities.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market on the platform.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, complete game actions, or interact with the platform in lieu of genuine manual play.
• Technical exploitation: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the ge999 platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings accrued through such exploitation are void.
• Impersonation: Representing yourself as another individual, including providing false identity documents during verification.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

ge999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete identity verification, prolonged inactivity, or at the player's own request.

Voluntary Closure

If you wish to close your ge999 account voluntarily, contact the support team at [email protected] with the subject line "Account Closure Request". Any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method within five working days of the account closure confirmation, provided all outstanding verification requirements have been satisfied.

Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion from the ge999 platform. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. During any self-exclusion period, ge999 will suspend all marketing communications to the affected account and will not attempt to re-engage the player. Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. ge999 will notify inactive account holders via email before applying any inactivity administration fees. Any remaining balance in a dormant account will be preserved for a further 24 months from the date of the first inactivity notification, after which unclaimed balances may be subject to applicable dormancy procedures under ge999's internal policies.
